Lindsay and her team were great. She helped us buy the home 8 1/2 yrs. ago and we knew from that experience that we wanted her as our agent when we decided to sell. The short recommendation is; Lindsay knew what would make the house desirable, at what price, and when it would be best to put it on the market. Her team made the paperwork easy and understandable and she was always there to answer questions or help alleviate any anxiety we had. The long recommendation for those interested; Due to our situation we were able to talk to Lindsay a full 2 months before we wanted to put the house on the market and we knew the house would be vacant when it went on the market. Lindsay came out and did a walkthrough to give any tips on what we might want to fix or update before we sold and had great advice that saved a ton of money by pointing out things we really didn't need to update as the house was older and most likely the new buyer would be making the updates they wanted once the sale went through. So we saved a lot of time, money and aggravation by not trying to guess what a buyer would want done. Lindsay also walked us through what to expect, as this was the first time we sold a house, when the best time to put it on the market was and how she would help determine a good asking price. March rolled around and the magic happened. I feel that the guidance Lindsay provided resulted in 12 showing the first 4 days on the market and a full price offer in the first week. The sale proceeded as planned and we closed quickly. My wife and I will continue to use Lindsay and her team for any future housing needs we have and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great agent that knows her business.

Lindsay is always very approachable and has been very helpful in answering all our questions, be it related or unrelated to the home finding process. I appreciate her help in finding us the perfect home we were looking for few years. We bought our first home with her too and so happy to have found second home with her. Greatly recommend her.

Lindsay was so awesome throughout the process. She dealt with many flaky prospective buyers, a rapidly changing market, and other prospective buyer's difficult real estate agents on our behalf better than we ever could have expected. If Lindsay hasn't moved on to much bigger things at Redfin in the future (which I fully expect she will), we would gladly want her or her team to assist us in our real estate needs again.

Lindsay sold us our house in 2012. We were very glad she was available to help us sell it this time and we would use her again without question. She walked us through the entire process. It was seamless. She helped set the asking price to get people interested and we had 10 offers within days. First 2 in the first day. She helped sort through the offers and helped pick the 2 or 3 most promising. She got it closed in 14 days at $175k (17%) over asking.
