Lingyao is a very diligent and responsible lady. DurIng the 4 months from opening the listing of the property till the closing of the escrow, she oversaw most of the repairing work, dealing with our HOA and the extra paper works involving out of country negotiations and signatures (this is because of the close down of pandemic). She even hauled a new water heater from a store to our property for our installer. Without her help, I don’t think we can have our property ready on the market in time. She really went to extra miles to help us. This is the 3rd property she listed for us. We really appreciate her professional advice, her effort and friendship as a real estate broker.
