Melissa was our agent when purchasing a house in Tracy. She was very kind, professional and knowledgeable and made our home buying experience very smooth. We visited Tracy multiple weekends to get a house that matched our need. Melissa was always available for us and never pressured us despite us taking so long and being fickle minded at times, going back and forth on what we thought we wanted. We would feel bad for passing a house after multiple visits for having spent so much of her time but she was always kind and made sure that we did not rush and advised us to go ahead if and only if we were comfortable. Lisa is a friend of the family and, therefore, my friend. I've recommended Lisa twice. Once to a friend who both bought and sold using Lisa as their agent, and another time to a neighbor who sold their house with her, but I never had the opportunity to use her myself until recently when we sold our home. Lisa is fantastic at what she does. She knows the market, was on top of every aspect of the process, introduced us to the Honor The Brave organization, and was always responsive to my MANY questions via email and text. I would highly recommend her again.
