Lisa is an amazing realtor! She held an open house for three days and generated over 20 great offers on our home. She sold it for $38,000 over asking and $15,000 over appraisal. Not only is she a great realtor, she is a genuinely nice person! After we made our move to our new home in Washington - well prior to closing, we expressed concern over our vegetable garden and she immediately offered to water it herself until the new owners moved in. We wish we had used Lisa for all our past realty transactions!
