Lisbeth was truly a Godsend in helping us navigate the byzantine process of buying a house and navigating the competitive South Bay market. She is knowledgeable, responsive, hard-working, and a pleasure to deal with. Of particular note is her integrity – she did not try to rush us along, or push us into a particular house. She always gave us an honest opinion of a house, because her stated goal is for the buyer to be happy with their purchase. There were a few cases in which a house looked appealing, but based on her research and experience in the local market, pointed out likely reasons why that house was not selling, or was back on the market, despite being in a good area. She was also very helpful in crafting offers and counter-offers. Even when on a vacation, she was monitoring her email and messages, and helped to facilitate a DocuSign of key documents in the offer process. I must also compliment the Redfin Website, which is very easy to navigate; the daily email updates with new properties of interest based on your search filters; and the Deal room with important documents and a timeline toward Closing. Tip #1 for buyers and sellers: Help Lisbeth do her job by being prompt in signing and uploading your documents, and always keep her in the loop. Tip #2 for buyers and sellers: Trust her judgment!
