Ivy is going to be your top seller ! We had no clue what we were doing, we were nervous and had a ton of questions. Ivy was the most patient , understanding, and knowledgeable realtor we have ever come across. She was immediately answering questions, getting answers for us from other departments, and showing up at any time we needed her ! She drove very far , a lot, and sometimes for a 2 minute viewing is all I needed. Ivy made the entire process possible and made us feel important and heard ! She has become a friend now !!! We were a challenging client as we had some rather specific needs in a new home, and after months of searching, we finally found a home that worked for us.
