Whenever we were interested in a house, she was always willing to give us a video tour via Facetime, Zoom, or Google Meet. Throughout the process of bidding on multiple homes, she gave us expert guidance. Whenever we had a question, she called the seller's agent to get an answer. From early in the morning to late at night, she responded to our requests. As a result of her patience, we were able to land the perfect home with a perfect mountain view. Honestly, we can't say enough good things about her!

To give one example out of many on how Liza went above and beyond…. After closing on our first home with the help from Liza my husband and I realized that the sellers agent had left junk and old furniture on the property after saying she would remove it. Liza did everything in her power to get the sellers agent to remove the junk but no luck. So Liza did what not many others would do! She actually removed the junk herself! I was blown away that she actually cared enough to do that for us. My husband and I are forever grateful we got the opportunity to have Liza West as our realtor.
