Lily was fantastic to work with as my agent. She has both breadth and depth of knowledge on the Bay Area real estate market and the end to end home buying process. Through every process (making the home offer, finding a lender, finding home insurance, home walkthrough, miscellaneous other questions) she was able to answer my questions and kept me in the loop about everything. In addition, she had good recommendations for both lender and home insurance. I did shopping for both through other friends/family recommendations but ultimately for both I ended up going with Lily's recommendations (and they were great, in terms of rates/pricing/service). I would highly recommend Lily for anyone looking to buy a home in the Bay Area!
