I was moving was out of state and while I had visited Portland several times and had an idea of what I wanted, Lora was able to take my list and turn that into targeted neighborhoods. Lora listened! She understood what I wanted and helped me find the "unicorn". She did a fantastic job negotiating the contract and got me a great deal! Lora also gave me references for tradespeople to help fix some things at my new condo.
