Win, win , situations for all. Lorenzo stay on top of things and keeps you inform. Checks on you, lets you know step by step, and can be reached at all times. We were selling and buying out of state, he coordinated with the other realtors just to make sure everything was in place for a smooth transition and worry free. I've been looking for a place in Denver, remotely, from Seattle, with varying intensity for a year and a half or more. I was originally working with Sam Boren (for whom I have high praise as well), and when I happened to see something I was interested in I contacted him. Since he is no longer working in this capacity, he referred me to Lorenzo. I think a part of the reason for the referral was because Lorenzo has a success record with working with remote clients, which was clear as he handled to purchase of my home. Lorenzo and his entire team were fabulous. He, personally, was extremely communicative and accessible throughout the condo search, offer, financing, inspection, appraisal and closing process for questions, strategy discussions, and general updates. We were never left hanging throughout the process. In addition, Lorenzo's offer to connect us with Redfin Financial, which we took him up on, ended up making the financing seamless (given that we are from out-of-state and had no local banking relationships yet established). We could not be more satisfied with Lorenzo, his team and Redfin generally.
