Loretta is amazing! We were first time buyers moving to a new state, and knew nothing of the buying process. Loretta made everything easy for us, went at our pace, and helped us land our dream home within a week of searching! (A different agent told us it would be impossible to find a home on such a short timeline. Loretta was up for the challenge, and followed through!) Loretta knows so much about the area, and gave us great, honest advice.

We were very disappointed with the home we purchased and if I could have backed out I would have. Our interests were not well covered and we got blindsided with many aspects and issues with the house that were not known or being warned by our agent prior to close. Listing agent was also partly to blame. We were blind sided by a great deal of issues with house that should have been disclosed that we’re not.

I greatly appreciate the feedback from the buyer. After more than 20 years of working as a real estate agent and helping clients relocate. I regret that the buyer wasn't happy with the home they purchased and that the home wasn't up to their satisfaction. I will do a better job making sure all relocating and local clients spend more time previewing the home before purchasing in order to be completely satisfied with their purchase. I will continue to strive to make sure that my clients are completely satisfied with the services that I offer and the home that they purchase. 5.0
