Lori came to my house a few weeks before we were ready to list, gave a great presentation, and some top-notch advice for getting the house ready to sell. The house got a lot of appointments and we had multiple offers to choose from after just two days. She helped us navigate through the offers and explained the pros and cons of each, including factors like the financing company used and the type of loan, and which offers might be less sturdy than others. She facilitated getting a backup offer written, and babysat the pending sale by keeping on top of the status of the buyer's financing. We would HIGHLY recommend contacting Lori for her expertise, her critical eye, and her energy. I am very pleased! I suspect you will be too

Ms. Rogers is professional, knowledgeable and supportive and most definitely knows what she's doing and how the real estate market works. Within 24 hours of signing the listing agreement, she had a photographer at the house for the staging photos and the property had online buzz. Less than a week after it was live online, we had 4 really great offers. She was prompt and concise with presenting offers to be considered and advised on the best moves to make for us as sellers. Her honesty and frankness were greatly appreciated. I felt like she had our best interests at heart and was really looking out for us.
