They are pleasant to talk to and seem to know the process of real estate purchase. But, when requesting a showing of a property, I would wait 2 or 3 days to get a response. After I made an offer, i.e. money is involved, there was almost daily contact. And, even though they knew I was moving from a different state, I had to do my own research to find out the names of the utility companies (they informed me of 1 utility company, 2 days before closing). But the HUGE kick in the face was, my newly purchased home popped up on my redfin feed as recently sold, and asked if I owned this home. I clicked "yes" and I was congratulated. Then, redfin asked me if I would like to list it for sale with them for $55,000 to $75,000 LESS THAN I JUST PAID FOR IT!!!!! Either redfin is incredibly horrible at... Show More

I was in a very difficult situation in having to list my parent's home after my mother's death and my father living in a nursing home.
