Loueen was very helpful and knowledgeable. The transaction was not the easiest (all things beyond Loueen's control!), but she kept everything moving, in spite of obstacles. She really saved the sale, I believe, with her perseverance.

I think Loueen is an outstanding agent. She negotiated a great deal for me on a very difficult property. She helped me understand the process from beginning to the end. I highly recommend her if you are buying or selling your home. I plan on working with her on upcoming investment opportunities as Loueen is an expert on foreclosures and properties in probate. She is knowledgeable, patient and a bull dog when it comes to working through issues that may arise. I highly recommend her as a Realtor.
