Luanne is a very friendly and sweet person, but I would not recommend her as a realtor. She was difficult to communicate with, did not explain the process of selling of home throughout the multiple steps, did not listen to our concerns or follow through with requests in a timely manner. At one point she told my husband he did not need to wait to speak to me and that he could just “go ahead and make the decision” without discussing options with me (his wife). She added a $3k buyer incentive without our consent. Her final proceeds estimate was $8k short. I could go on and on. We’ve never had similar issues when buying/selling homes previously. Definitely not a good experience. Would not recommend.

Luanne is skilled professional who excelled in assisting us with our purchase. She did potential home video tours with us and keeping us informed of the community and distance from the work place, amenities , public transport etc which gave us confidence to buy our house without setting foot on Iowan soil. We appreciate her zeal and professionalism .
