From the initial meeting and home walk through, Luci was a joy to work with. She clearly had a vision on how to get the most out of our property without too much from our end. Her communication through texts and emails kept us on track of all updates and offers. Escrow was a breeze since she was on the ball with all the documentation that needed to provide. She definitely made the experience stress and hassle free. We put our trust into Luci to get the job done, and she went above and beyond ! Luci helped sell our home in San Diego while we were living out of state. Luci was patient and always available to get our home in order before listing. She was also kind and reasonable when communicating with our tenants and working with our tenants prior to listing our home. When it came to listing price she was smart and sent us comps in our area and we quickly came to an agreement. Once we listed she was quick to get buyers in to see our home and was transparent with other agents and us once buyers became interested in putting in offers. Highly recommend Luci for her up front attitude, positive negotiation skills, and her pleasant manner in this selling market! Thank you, Luci!
