Lynn Mattoon impressed us the very first day we met to help us tour and see a house. She gave us valuable and plenty of information not only about what Redfin has to offer but more so what to look for in buying a house in Colorado. She made it so easy for us to schedule showings, is very detail-oriented in giving us pros and cons on each house we saw. We never felt rushed and we can count on her providing her honest opinion. After we found our townhome she continued to guide us with all the loan process, was with us for final walk through and up until the closing with the title company.

She was prompt in all communications with both me and sellers, connected me with a great mortgage broker ((Aslan Home Mortgage) and helped ensure the tools provided by Redfin (price comps, deal room checklists, etc) were leveraged. Additionally, after the sale was complete, she helped with more questions I had about the rental market, and connected me with other resources and advisors.

From creating a very attractive and informative MLS Listing, to assisting me with appropriate language and response to Buyer when having to negotiate through the Home Inspection and Home Disclosure processes.
