There are not enough words to describe how grateful we are that Lynn was able to help with our difficult house and land listing. She figured out that it was more profitable for us to subdivide our property. She coordinated a very complicated parcel subdivision with the town commissioners and then sold our property in 3 days for way more profit then we ever anticipated. There were numerous complications with our transaction and Lynn handled everything and took away any and all stress. She treated us as though we were he very own family and I cannot thank her enough for always being there. If you want a Realtor and professional who will go far above and beyond all of your expectations, then Lynn is that Realtor. We will always recommend her to our family, friends, and church members.
