I have been doing real estate for 24 years and LOVE doing it, just as much as I did on day one! I greatly enjoy working with all types of Buyers (i.e. first time, not first time, investors and foreigners) as well as, with all types of Sellers (i.e. sellers looking to upgrade or downgrade, investors, sellers that need to sell a property that they inherited, foreigners and distressed sellers that need to sell their home as a Short Sale, in order to avoid a Foreclosure). Aside from being a Real Estate Broker, I am also a State Certified Residential Appraiser, so with ME, you get a "2 for 1 Special", which means you will never over pay for or undersell a property! Several lenders and housing foundations ask me to teach workshops for first time home buyers all throughout the year, since they know my strong work ethic and vast experience in helping home buyers obtain their first home.
