What a breath of fresh air! Manny is by far the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. This is our fourth home-buying experience, so we've had plenty of experiences with real estate agents. From the very beginning it was obvious that Manny was on a league of his own. "Maddeningly" responsive to any request I made of him, and boy can he dig stuff out during the due diligence part of the process! No matter what I asked him to get in terms of info related to a property, he did, and more. His engaging personality made the whole experience actually pleasant. Other agents should emulate him. He was recommended to me by the Redfin agent who was assigned to me in Southern California while I was looking for a property there before I decided it was hopeless for my budget. I'm indebted to him for introducing me to Manny. This was a total surprise to me because my first experience with Redfin four years ago left a lot to be desired. Those were the Covid years, so I shouldn't judge anybody too harshly for not meeting expectations at that time. Manny reminds me of the top performers in the corporate world where I spent close to 30 years. Top performers always surprise you with not just meeting, but always exceeding expectations. That is Manny! Redfin cannot do better than that. Redfin needs to pay close attention to him, because he has all the makings of a superstar. There are not that many of those around, no matter what the business field is. Treasure this young man and give him opportunities to grow. Challenge him. I bet he will surprise you with his exceptionalism. Enough said.
