Manny was a straight-shooter and I really appreciate that in a real estate professional. I have bought and sold 5 houses in the past 30 years and never came across such a professional like Manny. When my wife became ill and had to have surgery, Manny worked with me on postponing our open house with just a phone call. Everything worked out great. Manny even mowed my lawn prior to the showing! He kept me informed of all offerings and his strategy on working with the potential clients. He made some great recommendations on improvements that paid off dearly! I can't recommend Manny enough! He sat down with me during our first meeting and talked about what I wanted in a house, where I was coming from, price ranges, etc. In essence, he trained me to be a good consumer. He shared helpful general information about Vacaville, such as festivals and good restaurants. I bought the first house he showed me and am thrilled with it.
