We had a great experience with Marcela! She was very knowledgeable about Orcas Island, the specialized real estate market here, local inspectors and contractors, and the different neighborhoods and parts of the island. I've worked with quite a few real estate agents over the years, and often I've gotten the vibe that they just want to get the sale done. Marcela was not at all like this. She was very patient with us, and worked with us for over 2 years to find the right property. When we found it, and it was time to make it happen quickly, she was totally on it, guiding us smoothly through the process, and advising us about what was important and what was not worth worrying about. In addition to her many top notch professional qualities, Marcela is also a kind, funny, and joyful person! She loves Orcas and really made us feel welcome.
