My goal is helping my clients purchase a property where they can feel at home. I’ve worked in real estate for almost 20 years, selling, buying and managing properties and I really enjoy working with first time home buyers and guiding them during the entire process from getting pre approved for a mortgage, looking at homes, negotiating an offer, reviewing contracts to the moment they get the key to their new home on their hands.
I have a business degree, some construction experience, so you will see me checking on and around the properties we see, and I also speak Spanish.

Marcela was thoroughly involved and dedicated to the sale of my house. She guided me efficiently through the whole process providing me with all necessary documentation and information to meet the requirements. She was at my side every step of the way. Marcela was my real estate agent also on the sale of a commercial building, which she handled with the same efficiency, dedication and expertise. She was also my real estate agent on the purchase of my new home and, again, gave me her undivided attention, with patience and guidance in a process that would’ve been very difficult for me to navigate with a less hardworking and knowledgeable agent. I am not easy to please.
