He is very good in showing / Scheduling. one time, I got bad experience when he is pushing me when I didn't response in time, once we decided to buy the house. I told clearly that, I am the buyer, you need to be cool and don't rush me and don't get angry.

We used Redfin previously for purchasing and selling our home in California. We decided to stick with Redfin when looking for our home in Chicago and we were referred to Marco. Right off the bat Marco was responsive and willing to help us look for a home while we were still residing in California. Marco was patient with us during this time and we eventually decided to sell first then look for a home when we were closer to Chicago. When we finally go into the area, Redfin made it easy to book appointments. Marco did not always give us a tour but he was on the ball and always followed up after every tour. He made it feel like we were his only clients and is THE most responsive agent we've ever worked with. When Marco was able to give us a tour his real estate knowledge is second to none. It is clear he is always learning more and using it to help his clients make the best decision that they can. Once it came to putting offers in, it is clear that Marco is putting his clients first. We've had previous agents (NOT Redfin) try to have us bid in a way that would help them guarantee a sale. This is not the case with Marco. He gets all the information and then suggests the best strategy for the home buyer. After getting into contract, Marco did everything he could to get answers from the sellers and make the deal go as smoothly as possible. We would recommend Marco to anyone and everyone as their real estate agent. TLDR; Marco is the best agent we have ever worked with. 11/10

When starting the search for a home, work prevented me from devoting a lot of my time to the sales process of looking for and buying a home. Marco whom I worked with was extremely helpful, professional, patient, and very understanding of my personal time and situation. He took away a lot of the pressure involved with buying and tried to make things as easy as possible. I would highly recommend Marco to anyone who wants to buy or sell a property with the least complication and difficulty. He is very understanding and helpful in many ways. I look forward to referring all my family and friends to him in the future. Rating him an A++ agent and a great asset to Redfin.
