Marcy went above and beyond in assisting us in purchasing a home. This was made all the more dificult as we were purchasing from out of state. She not only assisted us with finding a prperty but connected us with local providers for all of the services we might need after the sale.

When my family was relocating to Vermont Marcy was very knowledgeable about the school systems and the different towns which helped us pick the best location for my family to live. She also pointed us in the right direction to get a rental while we were looking for houses. She has been in the business for a lot of years , has a lot of knowledge and will give you her honest opinion when asked.

The only reason I don't give Marcy a 10 is because there is no such thing as complete perfection in the real world, it doesn't exist, so in my mind, a 9 is the highest praise I can offer absolutely. Marcy helped us (first time homebuyers) purchase our dream home, which is a complicated process with many moving parts. She was there to respond to every single one of our questions or concerns immediately, to the point where we had to hustle to keep up with her. We always felt that she, as our agent, had our best interests first and foremost as her priority, and I'm pretty sure that we will never use her again, as we plan to live in our beautiful home for the rest of our lives! In short, I wish to extend to Marcy my highest recommendation.

Marcy was very quick to answer any questions we had, and did an outstanding job of looking out for our best interest. Also being new to the area we knew no one, Marcy was very helpful pointing us in the right direction.
