Margo went above and beyond in assisting with the buying and closing process of my new home. Margo helped put together my offer that included a hand written letter to the seller describing the sentimental meaning of the home to me. I believe this is what set me apart from the other offers and secured it's acceptance. Later on, due to seller complications, the closing process was drawn out an additional 2 months. Margo did everything she could to help expedite this process. Including multiple trips to the house, constant communication with the sellers' realtor and title company, and effective negotiating.
