About Maria
I have over 12 years of residential and commercial real estate experience. Previously, I was part of a successful commercial real estate team whose clients included big players such as Southland, Precision Tune, Wawa and Royal Farms. My residential client base includes everyone from first-time homebuyers, to investors, to relocating residents (both local and international). I also have a lot of experience selling new homes as well as land.
I started my career in real estate with a management job in a commercial office, and soon thereafter became a fully licensed agent. I grew my residential business quickly and have been a consistent top producer. I have managed to increase my production and client base tremendously every year, but my real pride comes from the relationships I have developed. Referrals from my loyal and satisfied clients are what has built my success. In 2018, my full time assistant and I closed over 50 transactions and over $15 million in sales.
I have a bachelor degree from Salisbury University and have lived in Bel Air for 23 years. I am a member of Harford County Million Dollar Real Estate Association and serve on numerous charitable & volunteer boards and committees.
