About Mario
Mario’s interest and career in real estate began in 2006, when he served as a Residential Manager. Soon after, he went into Property Management, and landed in Residential Real Estate in 2013 where he’s happily remained. His knowledge of the industry and the local market set him apart, as does his total dedication to each client’s unique needs.
As a former teacher, Mario enjoys educating people on the real estate process, particularly first-time homebuyers. He works closely with each client providing utmost honesty, patience, understanding, and attention to detail to ensure that the experience, and the transaction, go smoothly and successfully. Clients just as much appreciate his knowledge, resourcefulness, gregariousness, and extreme sincerity which builds trust and a high comfort level throughout what can be a stressful journey.
Born in Mexicali, Mexico, Mario was raised in Hollywood, California. He is bilingual in English and Spanish. Mar Vista has been his home for the past 17 years. His other markets include South Bay, West LA, Woodland Hills and West Hills, but he will happily go wherever his clients’ needs take him. “I am here every step of the way, and continue to service others well after their close of escrow. I’m not in it for the short-term; I value long-lasting relationships.”
Mario’s personal passions of travel, culture and cooking intertwine with his belief in the uniqueness he sees in all places and individuals. He resides with his partner, his smart and handsome son, and beautiful Golden Doodle dog.
