Marise is THE BEST. She genuinely wants people to love their home, and you can feel that. Marise is attentive, persistent, ethical, responsive, and the perfect balance of hopefulness and straightforwardness--she kept us grounded in real estate reality and refueled us when we got tired of/during the process. And I have to say, I never knew I could "love" a house. Well, I "love" this house. A big thank you to Marise for all that she does for her people. Her care is so very real. And though she's got a fun personality, she's also fierce in protecting people she reps. We could not be happier and would not go to anyone else bur Marise to buy or sell a home again--but I'm pretty much never leaving this one.

Just as many first home buyers, we find the process intimidating and confusing; however, Marise made the process much easier as she explained the home- buying process. She is credible, professional, and well-informed about the real estate market, rules, regulations, and required documents. Marise always responded in a timely manner and kept us updated. She helped us purchase the property we really desired. The entire process took about 2 months to complete. Overall, we have a positive experience with Marise.

When we first began searching for a home, there was a lot of competition. Marise made herself available to us everyday and at odd hours to view homes and draft sales contracts. When we kept getting beat out for homes by cash buyers who were driving up prices, Marise helped us to get new financing to compete with them. Our closing came in April 2020, just after the shutdown due to Covid 19. Marise was very helpful in getting us through escrow, inspections, fumigation and all the other tasks that come with a home purchase , In the end, we got a house we like at a price we can live with and Marise had a lot to do with making it happen. We would recommend her to our friends and family and others for their real estate needs.

Selling and buying a home at the same time is not only stressful, but finding the right home to move into is incredibly difficult in the current market. Marise not only helped us list our previous home, but she simultaneously helped us find our current home. After taking Marise's advice on staging the home, we listed and sold within a week. Since she had already helped us find our current home, we had the advantage of choosing a long escrow, which gave us time to do all of the inspections we needed prior to closing and moving-in. This is the second home she has helped us with, and if we ever buy/sell again, we definitely want her helping us again.
