Marisha was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very down to earth and grounded. She was both our selling and buying agent and was quick to answer any and all of our questions. She was also apt at making sure we weren't just glossing over terms and hitting send when it came to the dozens of papers and documents we had to review, in other words, detail oriented.
