I almost lost this deal because Marivel was late in forwarding me the instructions for the earnest money deposit. Our escrow agent sent her the deposit instructions on a Thursday, but Marivel did not forward me the document until the following Monday, although I contacted her multiple times requesting the document. Because I reached out to the listing agent, he was understanding enough to extend the deadline for me. However, this irresponsible action is unacceptable to me, so I would not recommend her services. She did not even apologize despite the fact that her negligence almost cost me the house.
