Had a great experience working with Mark! He was very responsive during our lengthy home search and incredibly helpful during the home buying process. Was a great resource for our questions and had helpful, practical suggestions, especially when submitting our offer and going through the mortgage process. After previously buying and selling with Redfin, we had worked for a short period with another real estate agent from a smaller LLC to buy but ultimately returned to Redfin, which overall we've found to be a better experience when buying. Hopefully we don't need to work with him in the near future, but we would be happy to work with Mark and his team again!

Mark was always too busy, overwhelmed and then on vacation for a week(w/o checking his emails/texts) right before my closing when multiple issues came up. Lack of care & ownership made me take over and deal with the seller directly, including the arrangement for the final walkthrough, getting the key from the seller, etc. I ultimately did the closing on my own because I did not trust Mark and found the seller more reliable than my agent. Overall it was a very stressful experience. In highsight now that I read this https://listwithclever.com/reviews/redfin/ my experience was not an exception. Redfin was good 10 years ago. Now Redfin's business model is based on quantity than quality of service to customers.
