Mark was extremely helpful from the beginning of our home-buying process right up until close. Any time my wife and I had a question (which was often), Mark was available to provide us with a quick answer and guide us through to the best decision.

Mark is a real pro in Chicago real estate market. He is responsive, understands your need, and gives sound advices. He met with me the first time to get a feel of my budget, the area that I want to live in and my requirements. The listings he provided were pretty much hit the target. When I decided to make an offer on my current home, it was a relatively competitive process, but his experience and negotiation skill helped me set a price and eventually won the offer. I'd recommend Mark to friends who are considering buying a home in Chicago.

He was able to set up so many viewings of different condos and was able to learn, from going from condo to condo with me, exactly what I was looking for. He was always on time and available by phone at all hours of the day. I truly enjoyed working with Mark to buy my first condo.
