He needs to be selling used cars...that is his mentality. He called me greedy because I didn't want to accept the second offer on day one of listing my home. He told me to get an attorney if I didn't want to sell my home. He would not return my calls. He made many mistakes on my listing description too. He doesn't care enough to pay attention. He starts off with a bang and then leaves you hanging out to dry.
