The first week in new home ownership. Should have been observed by Mark and the inspector he recommended!! Sadly disappointed, but other than that, like the house and will make it our own once repairs are completed in a couple months!!

Mark was very helpful and responsive. Not pushy, but provided helpful information and was flexible in being available to show us houses, even many times on short notice.
Mark Grossi made the selling/purchasing process so easy. This is the second time we decided to choose Mark as our realtor. He’s very committed to help us find the house that fit us the best and be there for us in every single step of the process. He’s also always on top of things making this process very smooth. Mark was great throughout the entire process. He helped me select what we thought was the best first offer but that ended up being a bit of a nightmare (through no fault of his). He insulated me from a lot of unreasonable requests and communications that I didn't need to be stressing with. When it was clear that offer was going to fall through he immediately went to work getting me a solid backup offer lined up which went through very quickly without a hitch to get me closed near my original date. I can't imagine what would have happened with a less seasoned and awesome agent, very thankful to Mark for all of his hard work.
Very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable about both buying and selling processes. Extensive network of people to help with all aspects. Communicative and simple to reach when needed. Overall just been a great experience working with Mark.
Mark was very patient with me and my 10 month search for a suitable home during the Covid pandemic, deaths in the family etc... Even though he was swamped with work he made time to show me homes; and we finally found one!
