Mark provided expert and professional consultation on purchasing an investment property. The proceeds for the purchase were delayed and we needed to wait until proceeds were available. It took 18 months for the right deal to be available to me. I was so appreciative of Mark's patience through the process. He never pressured me and worked with me to get the property that I wanted and the risk/benefit I was comfortable with. I am still delighted with the property and recommend Mark fully.
