Mark Waite of “Beachology, Island Living by Design”, is an excellent real estate agent/broker. Calm, patient, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about Maui and all the various homes and condos on the marketplace at any one time. We easily shared paperwork back and forth using DocuSign, and when I had questions on the sale and closing processes, he was quick to provide the answers, explanations or solutions. He took care of all details, met all deadlines, and checked in frequently with updates. I highly recommend Mark for any and all real estate transactions – he is a proven professional!
