***Big decisions in life are just a phone call away 🙂*** I started working with Marlene for more than a year and she never sounded like a realtor who wanted to close the deal quick. Instead, Marlene clearly understands buyers needs and strategically devises a plan with a success end goal in mind. Throughout the last 12-18 months I visited more than 50 homes (thanks to Redfin and all the agents) but none of them stood near to my current townhome....so I kept hunting and at one point lost hope of owning a single family home in San Diego. One fine morning I received a phone call from Marlene asking how am I with my home purchase process and I sounded no hope as I wanted to buy a single family home contingent on my townhome selling but she quickly connected me with Mike from Rocket and Mike had a great offering to buy single family home without selling my townhome. That's when I came across 12623 Calle Charmona home....I didn't count it but Marlene and I should have visited this property more than 25 times (home, roof, gutters, termite, mold inspections....you name it). I don't think any realtor will invest that much time....and that's Marlene for you. Super communicative, very knowledgeable, always on top of sellers strategies......Marlene's team was awesome too. I am running short of words but I feel blessed to have Marlene help me with my home buying and am happy to say that she is a Rockstar! 🙂 Thanks again Marlene!
