Sam Sann, 1st I have no clue how to purchased a property or land but I came across your partnering agent by the name Marmin Gerena, she help me answer all questions lots and explain to me how purchase my property pro and con help me understand buying perspective and she guided me with offering proposal, contract for seller was quick work from her end and answer all my phone call if I have a simple questions what’s the next step after I sign a buyer contract and she make sure that understood what I’m sign ing. She is AMAZING. we were super picky and only wanted what we were after. And She went on the hunt. We drug her all over , house after house, property after property. And she was always there waiting on us. Late night messages, and she always answered. Crack of dawn messages,, she was there.
