She was the worst person I have ever worked with! I am in the process of filing a major complain on her. Even the other people in our team had a hard time working with her. She failed to be transparent with me. Failed to go over what was in my contract and would laugh whenever she would make a major mistake that cost me thousands of dollars. She didn't help when it was time to negotiate which cost more money to come out of my pocket. Marsha was amazing to work with from beginning to end. We contacted her as the pandemic took hold and Marsha and her team quickly organized our listing and the open houses. She promptly answered our questions and navigated a very difficult situation. We even closed a week early. Marsha couldn't have been more efficient, helpful and pleasant to work with. Our experience with Marsha was WONDERFUL throughout the transaction (which took almost 9 months). She was extremely professional and knowledgable, and did a great job at managing our emotions and expectations. We always felt that she was a good listener to our ideas and concerns at all times. Never having sold property before, let alone a condo, this could have been a daunting experience with all the required forms and hurdles to overcome, but she held my hand all the way through it, talked and walked me through every aspect, and, best yet, it sold after the first showing. I highly recommend Marsha and Redfin!
Marsha came to us after our initial agent cancelled on us; she was attentive, quick to action (replying within 24-48 hours), and always available when there were immediate needs on the table. During the initial meeting, she was knowledgeable in the market and helped with the pricing of the home (I had an idea, and she confirmed with back up).
