The Navy brought me to Hampton Roads in 2012 and I was so impressed, I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. After a successful career as a Naval Officer, I decided to pursue my passion for Real Estate. We enjoyed working with Marshall to sell our house. He was very responsive whenever we had to reach out with questions. We ended up leaving the area a few weeks before closing to move to our new location. Marshall did several empty house checks for us just to make sure everything was okay and still looking great for the new buyers. Marshall also ended up representing both the sellers and the buyers in our deal and we felt that he did a fantastic job of advocating for both sides.

Marshall was very communicative and supportive. I had already moved 5 hours away from the property I was selling during its listing. Marshall was willing to make sure repair persons/contractors could get into the home when needed when I was not present in order to keep the process moving. He was committed to offering open houses and any exposure to potential buyers to make sure that offers would be available that were as close to the initial list price as possible. He gave sound advice when needed in relation to the closing/settlement process.
