Martin's biggest fault is his reluctance to reach me by phone to discuss issues, rather than constantly using email for same purposes.........which doesn't work with me. Also, he promises in writing to call, and mostly fails to followup on those promises. Very disturbing. Wishing he can learn to use the phone for longer important discussions. Emailing discussions suck!!!

Martin and his team did a great job assisting us with the purchase of our condo in Steamboat. He is very responsive and he always gives balanced advice. He has been a local for a long time so knows everybody in Steamboat, it seems. He actively pursues opportunities that have not hit the market yet. He made videos of properties or showed properties through Facetime. And most importantly, he is continuously engaging all parties, whether it is the seller's agent, banks or title company, to close the deal and anticipate potential problems. I expect him to be my guy in Steamboat for years to come. I highly recommend him.

Martin helped me find my home on very short order. He heard what I was saying about what I wanted/needed in my home and did a better job than expected and found something that was a bit outside of the guidelines I had originally given him but exceeded expectations.
He then sold my home for me a few years later after we struggled with another Realtor that failed to move the home.
