I enjoyed my experience with Martin especially his communication and execution during the process. We paid cash for our house but the buyers tried to terminate the deal at closing; Martin was very helpful with our lawyers and assisted them in helping us close the deal on this house. I would HIGHLY recommend him due to his communication skills and knowledge of the real estate process. The other party had a moron for a Realtor and his ill advise cost them tens of thousands of dollars when we had to get lawyers involved. Martin was a solid source of advice and performed his role better than any realtor I have worked with in the last 4 houses I purchased.

She made sure we knew what was happening at every step, and checked in with us often to keep us up to date. With this transaction, it felt as though we had to initiate everything, even things that should have been standard, such as scheduling a walk-through after repairs were made, which actually never got scheduled even though we requested it on multiple occasions. Marty was very kind, flexible, responsive, and listened to what we wanted, which sometimes can be hard to find in an agent. He offered good advice and provided excellent support throughout the process. We called him after 9 pm the first day the home was on the market and asked for help to put an offer down even though we actually had not had the chance to meet him yet. Marty was always there to help us, every single day, for every single issue we had with the house or the sellers. He was always kind and patient, always open to our needs. We had issues with the bank, he called them and fixed it. We had issues with one of the inspectors, he took care of it. We had some small concerns with the house after the sale, he addressed and corrected them. He and his team, Jeffrey and Sheila, really helped bring out sale to the finish. Martin was nice and had good customer service when I worked with him. I was a picky and difficult customer and also first time home buyer. Martin was willing to spend time and went more than 10 houses with me. If Martin couldn't go, he asked one of his team member who was also good agent to go with us. He also introduced us good mortgage agent and he is knowledgable on helping us buying a house when we didn't know anything on buying a house. I saw couple agents before Martin, and I wished I meet Martin sooner. I definitely recommend Martin to who is first time buyers.
