Great service; I've already recommended it to others. MaryDell was terrific.
Some suggestions: We picked about 25 homes as favorites, and toured a dozen. I had to create a map and spreadsheet separately to keep track, rate, and compare the homes. The ability to do that within the Redfin site would have been great.
Also, once we closed, it took a lot of research to find the cable, internet, telephone, gas, electric, water and trash utilities for the neighborhood. That would have been very helpful information to have already available.
MaryDell did a fantastic job for us! She was always on top of things and also provided excellent expert advice. Would use her again for sure!
