Matt stepped in and took over the sale of my home about a year into the process. He was able to the sale of my house and find ways to make it work for both seller and buyer. He is extremely professional and does what he says the follows up keeping communication open at all times. I have bought and sold several homes in my life, my experience over my life in this process has been more painful then having my finger nails pulled out. But not this time. Matt was a breath of fresh air in a stressful process. And I have to admit I probably wasn’t the easiest person to deal with because of other past experiences. Thank you Matt. You are a top notch professional.
