Matthew is an honest and trustworthy agent. He is a great communicator and he kept me informed each step of the way. At times I had questions on a few documents and he explained them very well. He even did the walkthrough of my home for me with my tenants. He took care of the repairs of the house and cleaned it up well to make it appealing to buyers. I sold my house without even having to go there. It was effortless and pain free. I highly recommend Matt to any prospective seller or a buyer.

Matt was very friendly and helpful with all my awkward fumbling as I tried to navigate the purchase of my first home. He was always willing to answer my questions and quick find out the answer if he didn't know himself. He made this tedious and often anxiety-inducing process as easy as it could possibly be!

What can I say? Matt is knowledgeable and timely! He knew how much the wife and I loved the house and how it was perfect for our family. He worked diligently and was always available! I highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for a realtor. We purchased a home and had a lot of questions that Matt without hesitation had the answers to the process from beginning to end. He had many references for testing, inspections, lenders and lawyers. Bottom line, this is the third home that I have purchased and was by far the most simple.

We worked with Matthew to buy our first home. In this crazy market, he made the process so smooth! He was very responsive and always acted quickly to make sure we got appointments to see every home we were interested in. He shared his knowledge and experience with us so that we could make the best decision for our first family home. We bought our dream house, but if we ever decide to buy another home in the future, we will definitely be working with Matt again!
