Matt is always available and attentive to my search. This was especially helpful as I was searching from 1200 miles away, when I was able to travel to the area Matt had homes I was interested in lined up for viewing. Otherwise Matt kept me abreast of the market, daily, via text and email.

Just a great person! Happy, knowledgeable, available, patient, and handsome! He readily gives advice and it always turns out to be great advice. The house was sold quickly and he was able to sell it for more than the listing price. From the deep clean to the professional photographer, this experience was truly a "wow factor"!!
