Matt was very professional, but personable at the same time. We were selling our parent's long time family home and he understood how stressful that can be be. He shared some very good common sense advice and actually helped with the hands on work that was necessary to get ready for market. The buyer was a bit "difficult" and Matt never wavered under the pressure and he got us exactly what we asked for. Our family is very grateful to Matt for his hard work on our behalf and we would highly recommend him!
