Evan was such a pleasure to work with. We were very intimidated by the thought of buying a house while living in another state, but he made the process seamless! He was thorough, responsive, and thought of every little detail that we didn’t even know to bring up (and that’s saying a lot because we are pretty detail oriented people). He always had a solution and was one step ahead! He made a challenging transaction of being an out of state buyer, on a time crunch, in a crazy market, look like child’s play.
