About Melinda
My name is Melinda Kesler and I have been in real estate for well over 20 years! I have made some amazing friends during my years of service. I treat each and EVERY one of my clients with the utmost respect and treat them as if I am selling or helping purchase a home for one of my children. I am VERY honest and NEVER rush anyone into a purchase or to sell! I have told everyone since the beginning of my career that "You will know when we have found the perfect home for you, I will not need to do anything at that point except help guide and protect you in the process" . People often get discouraged when looking for a while and thinking they will never find a home. When I tell them what I say to everyone they seem to be SOOOOO thankful and feel almost a sense of relief. I truly believe and have experienced this over and over so I know it is true . With sellers I always show them what the market is selling like homes for and show them what to expect from the process. This way they are not blindsided from any aspect of the transaction. I am always willing to help them get their home prepared to list and show it's best. even if that means i have to get my hands dirty to help. I also will help them find people to do any necessary things to get their home ready to list and send them people or companies that I have worked with in the past that will take care of them with whatever they need so they will not be disappointed or taken advantage of. I just had a new buyer cry and hug me ( yes hug me in covid times) because I told her that I am in no rush for her to buy and will NEVER pressure her to purchase. She was working with another agent before she met me and said she was super pushy and didn't even seem to care about her and her two daughters. They were new to the area and she was a single mother and asked me to help guide her in a direction with good schools etc. I provided the service that I do to each and everyone of my clients and she was very grateful. I have not survived this long in the industry and continue to thrive without having this mindset. I treat each and everyone the same and hope that they end up liking me as much as I do them. I LOVE people and I am a people person. I love to talk and most importantly LISTEN to my clients. Listening to what is important to them is KEY! Oftentimes what they say they want changes and I just adapt and change with them to better help them. I truly love my job and hope to be able to make" The American Dream" come alive for as long as my health will allow me to! I hope to be selling til the day I die!
